Our monthly kits ship during the first 2 weeks of every month assuming no manufacturer backorders or delays. Payments for kits are due between the 1st & the 10th of each month.
If you subscribe using a credit card it will automatically be charged. If you use Paypal, we will send an invoice each month.
If you believe that Queen Kat's Kits are no longer for you, just email us to update your membership info. We will promptly process your cancellation provided you submit it by the 25th of the month prior to the next month. I.e. You must cancel by September 25th in order to not receive October's kit.
Because we process the monthly kit shipments 10 business
days prior to the actual ship date, we cannot guarantee a cancellation if
you choose to notify us beyond that dates. Important note: Even if you
choose to cancel your kit subscription, you are always welcome @ Queen Kat
Designs. Please visit us often!
Since we price our subscriptions with savings on each
kit... If you cancel before your membership is over, you are responsible for
a 1 month penalty payment.
Queen Kat Designs reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at any time, we also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
