RUBBER STAMP ANGEL POLICY
We have both original designs, for which we have an exclusive license, and designs that are adapted from works in the public domain. For designs adapted from works in the public domain; while the original is copyright free, our adaptations are copyrighted 2006 through the present. We want our stamps to be used and enjoyed. You may use Queen Kat Designs®, stamps to create items for sale as long as the images are stamped BY HAND.

This use has been surpassed when quantities of greater than 50 are produced by hired employees for the purpose of mass marketing. For further details or permission on additional use, please email us at info @ katstamps.com. We expressly forbid mechanical or digital reproduction of our images. Mechanically or digitally reproduced use of our images violates our copyright as well as the copyright of our artists.

Please credit Queen Kat Designs® when submitting artwork made with Queen Kat Designs®  rubber stamps. If you have any questions, or if you need special permission, please contact the licensor, Vikki Douglas at info [at] katstamps.com. Please give credit to Queen Kat Designs® and its respective and associated trademark whenever possible.

This Angel Policy Excludes the products from Myka Jelina
You may not use her products for monetary gain.

DIGITAL STAMP ANGEL POLICY

We want our stamps to be used and enjoyed. You may use Queen Kat Designs®,  digital stamps to create items for sale (not commercial sale) as long as you note your license number on any digital sharing forums.

For example, if you make a card to sell and place it on Etsy, you will need to list your license number in the listing for the card. A license will be issued with every digital stamp sold.

About license numbers: Your license number will be the SKU# with your order # behind it then you will add your last name on the end of that. (It must match the last name on your order) for example:

Item Name: Flower Power Digital Stamp
SKU: VIK-fpd
Order Number: 149
Name on Order: Bev Douglas

License Number: VIK-fpd-149-Douglas

You may NOT use Queen Kat Designs Digital Stamps for:
-Sharing or redistribution with friends or clients through E-mail, Print outs, Swaps or other means.
-Manufacturing of any product for sale or resale of any kind at any time including and not limited to rubber stamps, clear stamps, digital stamps, embroidery designs, or tags (digital colored art).
-You may not change or alter our digital stamps in any way to claim them as your own
-No resale of our digital stamps is allowed without our written permission

If these terms are not met we reserve the right to refuse selling our products to you or your company.

Please be aware that piracy and copyright infringement are federally prosecutable offenses. We reserve the right to take legal action. This policy is subject to change with or without advanced notice. Please be sure to keep apprised of the current copy. (3/19/13)
